Animal man is one of my Mega man OCs. His weapon is Tranquil Dart (which is a tranquilizer dart) and he also has a mean kick.

His main gimmick is that he has a device inside of him that soothes and attracts animals by emitting a special frequency only they can hear. Hence why he is with a wolf in this picture. (Also he is kinda short).

This is part of a mini-series of me drawing all of my Mega man OCs.

Also, can you tell that I'm bad at backgrounds? Haha.
